Home Building
The roof is still waiting for a promised repair. None of the work was completed to the contract terms and specifications. Home Energy Inc. increased the price from the originally quoted price then started invoicing for work that was not completed. When questioned about invoicing he started invoicing for other items not in the revised pricing and deleted from change order. When asked to justify invoicing he refused to complete work and make repairs to defective roof installation. For a contractor that claims to have 30 years of experience and on National Grid's approved list, I found his behavior extremely unprofessional. Seems like a classic low bid bait and switch.
