Galizia Masonry in my opinion is the gold standard in customer service and work performed. Firstly, every phone call and text were promptly returned. Pietro was right on time with every scheduled phone call, assessment visits and scheduled work. The scope of work for each project was thoroughly explained and changes were easily made on the fly based on our needs and their suggestions. Mario and Pietro were patient with our questions saying how important it was to make us happy. Regarding the work on the stairway, I noticed after a couple days that a small mortar joint needed more attention. Pietro and Tino returned the next day after their regularly scheduled job and took care if it. Regarding the brick walkway, there were questions about the design due to irregularities with the landscape. Mario would constantly check in with us to show what the options would look like. We ended up switching some materials and Mario and Pietro continually called us out to make sure we approved. Each project was completed on time and only with our assurance that we were completely satisfied. They were respectful of our property and left each day with everything neatly in order.

 I can’t say enough about how great Pietro and his team are!! They did an amazing job on my patio. Pietro took the time to go over the details of what we wanted, and kept my husband and I updated throughout the process. Any time something came up, he always had the best solution! I highly recommend him for any type of masonry needed! Always on time, very professional, and clean. My husband and I couldn’t be happier!

Mario is a true professional. He was punctual and efficient. His price was reasonable. I could not be more pleased with the result. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent mason.

Mario and his team were great. They started on a Wednesday, came back and finished on a Friday. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. He even threw in a wash for my chimney at no charge; I think more because he wasn't satisfied with it still looking dirty from soot than me. :-) Mario was very responsive. He came quick to do an estimate and was back to do the work within a couple of weeks. His office communicated with me every step of the way. When he couldn't return on Thursday they let me know immediately and he was back the next day. I had two other companies give me estimates and they just wanted to tear the top portion down and rebuild it, not because they had to buy because it was less work as I was told. It's a beautiful old chimney so I hated the thought of that. I wanted to keep it as original as possible. Mario had no problem do the replacing/repairing instead of rebuilding.

Mario, Pietro, Tito are an " awesome"  team.  From the beginning of the process everything went smooth, I got an estimate a couple of days of the first phone call.  Mario & Pietro came out to look at the scope of work & take measurements, explained clearly when they would be available.  We received the quote a couple of days after they came out to our house; the price was reasonable so we decided to go ahead with the work & then we decided to add more work as well as a special request for the skim coat to be colored on the additional wall that was added to the scope of work. The color request was no problem, they brought samples of the stones to the house to make sure it was what we wanted before they ordered it and they sent us color samples to choose from for the skim coat.   Mario & his team are meticulous, professional and very friendly; they arrived on the job promptly at 7:30am every morning, worked hard all day in extreme heat and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.

They started the job the first week in August and finished on August 19, 2015.   We are truly amazed at the transformation of our house; we LOVE it. Mario and his team are Master Craftsmen, the masonry is a work of art.  We are truly grateful for a job well done.

He and his son did an excellent job.  They came on time and were very professional and personable.  They worked in 90 plus degree temperatures and cleaned up after themselves.  The cost was considerably less than another quote, but I felt very comfortable that they would do a good job and they did.
