"When you reached out to us you set up a gas tune up for $198 minus $50 coupon. On arrival you told our tech the second floor is constantly running. The tech then gave you the option to either do the tune up and check the problem after the tune up or look into the issue of zone constantly running, you chose to have us diagnose it. We found when you moved your thermostat yourself you had pinched the wire's causing it to run the whole time. We charged $129 for the dispatch fee we also traced out the whole wire to pin point the problem for $150 he was on site for 45 minutes and you declined us fixing it and said you would do it yourself."
"Our service tech have only been out to your home once on 2/272017 and the fire man switch was turned off. The service tech turned it back on and your system started back up. There was nothing broke on your unit."

I contracted Climate Zone (AKA Complete Comfort Systems) through The Home Depot for my home improvement project. The project they did was to REPLACE the existing oil fired heating system with all electrical HVAC,including a new water boiler. The HVAC system consists of two Mitsubishiductless units for the living room & basement, and a Lennox duct work system for the second floor.
At the time of signing the contract, the Climate Zonesales person confirmed that their so-called ?high efficiency? HVAC system(Mitsubishi and Lennox units) would work perfectly in inclement weather(common in Massachusetts) even at low freezing temps, to support the heating requirements of my house. They completed the work in June 2014. Int he following winter when the temp was low, especially after a snow, the units stopped working! Repeated attempts by Climate Zone technicians did not revive the system. And their techs said that these systems wouldn?t work in such low temps and required a secondary heating source, contrary to their sales person?s previous assertion. So I had to re-instate the old oil heat system to keep our house warm ? after paying a big amount to another company (to restore the oil system).
Thus the new system is now practically useless in winter, because we can?t depend on that, especially during lower temps and snow storms. Moreover the quality of their work, the installation process, the general design of the system, etc. was also very unsatisfactory: for e.g., in summer when one room was hot the other rooms were freezing or vice versa, because the location of the thermostat wasn't correct. The water boiler too had several issues after installation.
Thus their performance in general was very disappointing. Fast forward two years: finally after various negotiations at different levels, The Home Depot said they would raise the units by a few inches from the ground and install ?pan heaters? on the units, to resolve some of the issues ? ONLY IFI sign a complete release, i.e., acquitting them of all wrong doings! So to sum up, as suggested by many others, look for another company!!
"Sorry you had a bad experience we strive to make every client happy. Hope you system is running well."
I finally decided to go with Climate Zone and called Bob back to confirm. He supplied me with the necessary info to apply for the no interest loan. There was a bit of confusion at first about what Bob thought was the correct info and what Mass Save wanted, but it was quickly worked out and I got the loan approved.
When I was ready to proceed, all it took was a call to the company office to set up the install appointment. The installation team arrived on time and ready to work. The installation proceeded smoothly, despite it being a 100+ year old house with a dirt cellar and limited access. They removed the old furnace and water heater and replaced with new units. There was some creative venting to be done, but it went without problems. The team cleaned up well and answered all questions that I had. They finished in one visit.
Immediately after the install, the company office sent me the necessary forms to apply for the rebate as well as a company to contact to remove the old oil tank.
