I have used Jim on several occasions and found his work to be excellent. On two different occasions, he replaced hot water heaters at rental properties that I own. On one occasion, I was working on the west coast when my tenant called to report that there was water all over the basement floor, and she thought the furnace was broken. I called Jim and he got there the next day. I was naturally relieved when he told me that the problem was with the hot water heater, and not the furnace. When he replaced another hot water heater, he allowed me to make three monthly payments. On two other occasions, when a sewer line clogged and backed up in the basement, Jim arranged for a company to drain the sewer line at a very reasonable price. I was also traveling for business when this occurred, and Jim took care of this matter for me. Jim also employs a wonderful woman, Elaine, who is able to diagnose various plumbing problems over the phone, and relate the issues to Jim. This company is professional, responsible, and very trustworthy.
