They were very professional and the guy who owns it was just a really nice guy. He was thoughtful for example, when I talked to him about applying the fertilizer, we have dogs and I was pretty concerned I did not want the dogs walking in the lawn that had been fertilized. I was concern about the chemicals. He said that he can time ours. He first of all explained all about how the fertilizer was not the spray on kind it was the coat kind, which was less toxic. He said he would time it so he can keep an eye on the weather and try to time it for a day it was going to rain shortly here after and it would be washed away into the lawn. He was very conscientious that way. They were honest and reasonably priced. We have them come in the summer time; we go away in the big hunks of the summer and if they come by and it was particularly hot and the lawn has not grown then they just would not mow. If I contract them they would be there every week if the grass needs them or no. The owner Andrew Lewinski was very honest. I contact them from spring to fall and then in the winter he plows our driveway that the bonus he offers.
