Description of Work: I love bringing my car here--I almost don't mind when it needs work. The shop is owned by Mark Oliver, and he is good to work with, honest, a good mechanic, a good manager, a good person. He walks me out to the lift to show and explain to me what's going on with my car. (I love that! At one point he had a career teaching auto mechanics at a trade school, and I am sure he was a real gem in that role, too. If you don't love having it all explained, though, he'll just fix your car right and leave you alone.)

 + -1 moreFront wheels were wobbling a bit during braking at high speeds. Mark diagnosed the problem as warped rotors and offered two repair packages, one with expensive parts and one that was more economical. He was very willing to answer all my questions and never tried to sell anything more than the car needed. Work was done on time and within estimate. Very professional and customer-focused. A+

 + -1 moreHe figured out something in my RV. It cost me $600 elsewhere saying that it was something completely different and they didn't fix it. The problem persisted and I took it to him and he figured it out right away and it was like a $25 fix. He is very good at finding things that are unusual. He is extremely courteous. He has some fellows who work under him but he supervises it. He is always in the shop. I would go anywhere else but there.
