Front wheels were wobbling a bit during braking at high speeds.  Mark diagnosed the problem as warped rotors and offered two repair packages, one with expensive parts and one that was more economical.  He was very willing to answer all my questions and never tried to sell anything more than the car needed.  Work was done on time and within estimate.  Very professional and customer-focused.  A+

He figured out something in my RV. It cost me $600 elsewhere saying that it was something completely different and they didn't fix it. The problem persisted and I took it to him and he figured it out right away and it was like a $25 fix. He is very good at finding things that are unusual. He is extremely courteous. He has some fellows who work under him but he supervises it. He is always in the shop. I would go anywhere else but there.
