Scott, was very neat and clean and protected my hardwood floors. He is very talkative but is able to get the work done while he talks. Arrived on time with everything he needed. He did thing correctly and did not cut corners.

Scott was at the house either the same day or the day after, fixed the problem and showed me how to avoid similr problems in the future. I have used Scott on several occaisions and recommend him highly.
