RPM Carpets & Floorcoverings

Both rugs were a disappointment. Although cleaned twice a year, the rug didn't hold up. color irregular, edges of stairs very worn out and waves of carpeting in the middle of both rooms began to appear (at this point the rug was there years old). I called the company but they said they had to charge me to pull and trim the rug. The frieze was great but after two y  ears we had it professionally removed and cleaned. It was rolled in brown paper and tied with string. When I unwrapped the rug, there was a cornmeal like residue that fell on the floor like white sand. the backing was turning to dust. We hauled it to the dump.

Working with the sales person was easy.  She knows her products and shades of colors for products.  Installation was earlier than expected because there was a cancellation in their schedule.  Installers arrived on time, installed the rugs in a timely manner.  Cleaned up the work area and left.  Except for the pounding of the nails, did not hear them.

The employees are professional the floor is nice but I feel they should have honered their offer of a wider board. They did not say "today only" in any way ,on the quote.

I spent about $7000 on the job. They were responsive and they were the ones that were able to get the wood floors. I would definitely recommend them. I paid a little bit more, but I felt comfortable with the company. The installer made a major mistake. His nail gun?s pad was weak. He had half the floor down and every one of them had six nail marks. They lifted them and replaced them. It cost me less because as he went along, he realized that he was not going to need as much wood as he had ordered. So, I ordered two boxes less and this saved me $500. I will use them again next year.
