Sean was GREAT! Service went well and overall we were very pleased. Prices are a tad high, but it is the Cape and you get what you pay for here and it was a high quality product. So, we would do business with Sean again. Although, only Sean, we dealt with several other of his reps in the showroom and they were not as knowledgeable or as fast and accurate as Sean.

Carpeted 2 stairways. Actually installed earlier than promised. Showroom personnel most helpful. Installers efficient and quiet.

Everything was fine beginning with a great selection of products. Measurement was done promptly and accurately. The installer was superb and very hardworking. He was very knowledgeable about different types of carpet and proceeded to do the job very carefully so as not to damage any trim. So far everything has held up beautifully.
