RED RIVER PAINTING

We were going away for a period of time this winter and wanted to have all of this painting done while we were gone.  We were satisfied with the estimate that was provided by Roger and he agreed that he would be able to do the work while we were away.  When he came to receive the key, instructions on how to access the house, and do a final walk through with our color selections we all agreed that two final coats might be needed due to the colors we wanted, but he would contact us if that proved to be the case.  As expected, he did contact us and we told him to go ahead for the agreed to extra cost.   When we returned, we found that an excellent job had been done, all our furniture was back in place where it should be, and a thorough job had been done cleaning up any dust, etc.  In fact, our cleaning person who had come after Roger was done remarked that there was very little dust in the whole house and little evidence that a painter had been in there except for some very nice new colors in the rooms.
Roger is an excellent professional painter who pays close attention to the details in a job.  His price is reasonable for high quality work and I would highly recommend using him.

The job was agreed upon within the 30 day window. We wanted the second coat to be done so we paid the full price. We wrote in the contract that we chose the brand and color of paint to be used.
Roger Zayatz, the owner and operator of Red River Painting is a true professional. He did a very thorough and neat job, taking his time and caring about the end result. We appreciated his professional approach from the estimating all the way through to the job completion which included our assured satisfaction.
We have also hired Roger since 2004 to paint interior rooms inside our house and have been equally pleased with his work. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants their painting to be considered 'top notch' when finished.
