She does superb work. She comes in once, every four weeks. Cost depends on how much of the house she does. We have an agreement about, it is so much if she does the first floor, additional if she does the loft and additional charge if she does the basement. She is great. I used her years ago before I moved here permanently.

I have employed Mary Nickerson for six years. I can not praise her enough the works hard does extra things like baking cookies or making candy during holiday I am a 85 year old window looks a like life is ensure because of Mary & her helper.

Mary and her team are top notch. They are easy to work with, extremely thorough and totally trustworthy. They are happy to work with you to figure out what you want them to focus on but also quite good at just getting on with it. At their last visit, they noticed a large number of cardboard boxes in the garage that we needed to discard and broke them all down for us making it much easier for us to take them to the recycling center. You can't go wrong with Mary and her team.

I can not say enough about Nickerson Cleaning! Their cleaning service is a superb value at a reasonable price. The house is always cleaned very thoroughly with great attention to detail! I am also appreciative that when they notice something that might become a problem, they let me know so that it can be fixed promptly! You won't be disappointed if you hire them.

I had requested a thorough cleaning of the first floor of our empty 2nd home on the Cape for an upcoming weekend visit with friends who had serious dust allergies. Although I had only requested a cleaning of the 1st floor, they cleaned the upstairs as well. My floors never looked so good and there were no allergy issues during the visit!
An initial quote of $125 was given ($25 per room, based on the 1st floor request: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room) and end charge was $150. I thought the additional charge was fair given that the 2nd floor was done and not charged for.
The price, however, is high compared to what I normally pay the cleaner of our primary residence ($125 for larger 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath colonial) .

The only thing I can say about the price is that the Cape as I'm sure you know is much more expensive to live, work and raise a family here. Therefore I must charge accordingly. My dad lived in central MA and things much cheaper there. I understand the comparison but just had to respond."

"I did quote $120 on the phone but when we arrived at the apartment the extent of the cleaning was far more than described over the phone. The place was empty but not a usual cleaning. It took a team of 3 over 2+ hours to clean an empty 4 room place. I did not feel that $150 was unfair or (bait and switch) as described in this review. To be fair I texted the customer before responding to this review and received no word back. I would not work for this customer again."
