I have had Mike and his excellent team remove and/or prune a number of trees on my property over the years. His response is always within the hour with an inspection and quote usually by the next day. Once scheduled, the work is completed in a timely manner. Communication with Mike is excellent! Work is always performed in a safe and professional manner by his crew, taking care to use extra caution around plants, shrubs and fences. Clean-up is complete before leaving. I definitely recommend Mike Roma Tree Service!

I do a lot of research on Angi and spend significant time reading the review which were very strong for Mike Roma Tree Service. The work of his crew did not disappoint! I was really impressed with the quality of work which included the removal of multiple trees and grinding the stumps. I came home from work and my yard was impeccable! In the past with other tree removal companies I had to rake up all the wood chips left behind but Roma left my yard in pristine shape. The price was very reasonable and below other estimates I received. I would hire Mike Roma Tree Service again in a heartbeat...they were the first to respond to my inquiry with a quote, offered a very fair price and did the work with expertise and skill.

Wonderful job by the entire team. Trees were close enough to the house that it required them to work carefully - and they did. All three stumps ground down below grade and the entire yard cleaned up. Great job - would hire again without thinking twice.

I have managed property in VT and hired many tree guys. When I needed tree works the cape locals said Roma. Can’t beat him for price, professionalism and quality. I have used Roma twice. In 2016 and 20202. I would trust no one else. Roma removed an infected pine last week. You would not have know he was in my property. No one better.

Extremely well. I've owned many properties and had lots of tree work done over 40 years, and these folks were the best I've used. And Mike Roma is a certified arborist, which makes a huge difference. He knows a lot about the trees he's working on, and can explain what he's going to do and why. If you have a bad idea, for example, he'll explain why you shouldn't do it.. If he can save a tree as opposed to removing it, he will do so. Experienced, honest, fair, patient, respectful of my property, etc. And priced very fairly.

Extremely well. Mike is a licensed arborist, so he really understands trees and he knows what he's doing. He's also just a nice person to work with. His crew was very qualified--mature men with experience. They also had a full array of equipment to handle anything at all. They left the property spotless on two different occaisions. Mike also tailored his schedule to fit ours. Terrific. Very pleased---and I'm a fussy guy!.

Mike did a great job removing a tree from the back of my small lot and did it the right way. Other companies tried telling me I'd have to take down my fence (really my neighbors) to get their equipment back, but Mike was trained and able to take it down without the heavy equipment others wanted to use. I was away when it was taken down, but when I came back it was like there was never a tree there, the yard was spotless. I would certainly use Mike's service again.

Mike responded to the original request in a timely fashion (the next morning after I submitted the request the previous night). He provided a verbal quote and followed up with a corresponding written quote when I informed him the project would move forward. Work was immediately scheduled and then executed a few weeks later as promised. No complaints on work done. Additionally, the PayPal payment option is convenient.

We had called Mike and two other professionals for an estimate. One did not show up, and Mike and the other company came as scheduled in early May 2018. Mike is friendly and has a nice disposition, and he seems knowledgeable and experienced in the tree business. He discussed the tree job with us and gave us a written estimate. I did not have to give Mike any type of deposit. Before he left, he also gave us some free advice about one of our andromeda plants in the yard which needed insecticidal soap. Mike estimated when he would be able to do the job (in mid-June) and actually came several days earlier than expected. He and his crew did a great job. We were not home when he did the job, but I was very pleased when I saw the completed job and the clean up they did. I paid Mike several days later when he was able to come by for a check. Mike Roma of Mike Roma Tree Services did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend him for any tree service work you may need.

Mike was, understandably, overwhelmed with work as a result of the four major nor'easters that hit Cape Cod this past March over a span of two weeks. Still, he agreed to remove a large pine that uprooted and fell in my yard during the first storm. Fortunately, this tree did not hit any structures, wires, or people, and did not block the street, although it was protruding into a neighbor's yard and resting on his fence. Due to the volume of more urgent work Mike was unable to come immediately, but he called frequently to keep me informed on his timeline. After several weeks, he removed the tree and stump and thoroughly cleaned up the site. There was very little residual damage or mess. Mike also gave me detailed instructions on follow-up care for a small tree that the larger tree had fallen on.

We originally found Mike when he was sent by the insurance company to deal with a downed tree. Ultimately, we needed another tree removed and the stumps for both ground to prevent injury. Although we expected to wait months, Mike was able to get the additional work done in weeks and he did a phenomenal job. You’d never know there had been trees there! He is responsive and very courteous and was a pleasure - we will definitely call him in the future and would highly recommend him without a second thought.

Mike's crew arrived right on time and although they experienced some equipment issues due to sub-zero weather (10 degrees with a minus wind chill) they got the job done! Communicated well both before and during the job and all their workers were courteous. Cleaned up completely after their work and the yard looks great!

All work was done safely and neatly. Mike communicated well during whole process and the job came in at estimated cost. His crew was friendly and very hard working. Throughout the job we had an ongoing conversation about pros and cons of removing individual branches. Many of the cuts were over the house and garage and around power lines. Every cut was made neatly and there was no damage. My roof had failed from years of overhanging trees and branches so I want address them before replacing the roof. Some sawdust, a bit of firewood and lots of new sunlight were the only signs that their crew was even there. There was no damage to the lawn and not so much as a cigarette butt was left behind. There is some additional work I'd like to have done (once we recover from the financial hit of a new roof) and I won't think twice about hiring Mike Roma to do the work.

Mike was the perfect professional. We called for an estimate on Thursday; he was at our home within the hour. He gave us a written estimate on the spot. We called his office Thursday to tell him to proceed, but had to leave a message. Within 30 minutes both Mike and his office manager had called back to confirm receipt. Mike, three trucks, and six workers arrived at 1:00 on Saturday afternoon and had the tree down, the stump ground, and the area completely cleaned up within about 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing!

Great. The price was more than reasonable and they did excellent work, were professional and responsive throughout. One factor is that I wanted to save parts of the tree to donate to some woodworkers I know, which necessitated special cutting of the tree (leaving four-foot high segments from the base on up where there was a substantial amount of wood). They did this customization easily and with no complaint. But here is the factor that earned my everlasting loyalty to this company: When I first called them in for an estimate, I showed the owner, Mike, the tree, told him what I wanted to have done -- and his first response was: "Are you sure you want to take this tree down?" I told him I was sure -- the tree blocked out a great deal of light, provides easy access to my attic for mice and other animals, and promotes the growth of lichen. "Why do you ask?" I said. "Because it's such a great tree," he said. And that response told me that this is a man with considerable integrity -- one who would give up his own self interest (money paid to him for the removal of the tree) for a principle. And so I was dealing with a man of integrity, who charged me a very reasonable fee for a service that involved a considerable amount of time and manpower. And they did a fantastic job. What else can you ask for?
