I like the doctor very much. I think she is friendly and interested in all aspects of my health care and asks questions. I am satisfied with the results and follow up visits. She is only in the office a couple of times in a week and I don't happen to need a lot of healthcare even though I might need at an age where I will be but right now I don't need a hospital as I am able to get appointments and see her when I need to for primary care. Everything is right up the shot; you are in for your appointments and the wait might be ten minutes and you go in and it might be another five or ten minutes and someone is there and very helpful. The staff is very helpful too. The ladies at the desk are very nice too all around.

He's very professional, and he does a good and thorough job as a general practitioner. Sometimes, you have to wait to have an appointment.

The experience could not have been better. Doctor Li was right on time, very professional, answered all my questions, explained her initial assessment, and scheduled a followup for blood work and other tests. (I had not had a physical for about two years). She did not rush through the appointment as other doctors sometimes do, gave me lots of opportunities for questions, and was friendly and caring. I had not changed doctors in over 10 years, and though a bit apprehensive about leaving MGH and its world class facilities and doctors, I am very confident that I made a great choice!

The therapist provided excellent manual therapy and subsequent home program strategies. She adapted her strategies to meet my needs and the progress I made helped tremendously with the discomfort that I was having.
There was no wait time given the efficiency of both the reception staff and timliness in seeing me.
I will definitely go there again if the occasion arises to need physical therapy.

I use Cape Cod Health Care for my physician services, and I am generally satisfied with them. My only complaint is that it can take a long time to get scheduled; they are overloaded with patients. Consequently, they are not always able to see you on-time, if something unexpected has happened.
But Dr. Reagan is a nice person, with a wry sense of humor, and seems to be an entirely competent physician who cares about his patients.

Dr. Smith is thorough and competent. She's a good listener and mostly proactive in her treatment. I don't think she handled my last ailment professionally.

Dr. John Shackelford was my son's PCP during my son's high school years - and we all know how difficult those years can be! In addition to raging hormones and the usual challenges and insecurities we experience in our teens, my son had also just experienced the suicide of his father, and an upheaval from the town in which he'd lived his entire life to Cape Cod. He suffered nearly daily migraine headaches, insomnia, chronic pain, and anxiety. My son was refusing therapy, but was able talk tom Dr. Shackelford, so, upon a call from me, Dr. Shackelford would fit him into the daily schedule (often staying after hours in order to have enough time for my son without rushing him). During an appointment, while discussing the physical symptoms, Dr. Shackelford would manage to slip in a little reassurance that his reaction to his dad's suicide was perfectly normal, or that the pain would lessen, or other words of encouragement. He was always offering for my son to contact him any time necessary. This was, in my opinion, way above and beyond the call do duty.
Because of our wonderful experience with Dr. Shackelford when he was my son's PCP, when my PCP left her practice it was a no-brainer that he'd be my new PCP. He was my primary care provider from 2005-2012. I have a challenging diagnosis (chronic pancreatitis) which necessitates my being admitted to the hospital a number of times per year for up to 3 weeks at a time. Until I signed on with him my visits to Cape Cod Hospital had been at best frustrating and, at worst, hindrances to my symptom management and ultimate healing. I had to go to a specialist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston for both office visits and hospital admissions to even receive any relief of my symptoms. Once Dr. Shackelford became involved in my care, he was willing to communicate with my Boston doctors, and provide the exact same care as they. This was the first time anyone had been so open-minded, willing to "go the extra distance" and helpful. It is my preference to be hospitalized at my local hospital as friends and family are close by to visit me, which Dr. Shackelford and I both felt contributed to my healing. In Boston I'm isolated. He was the first doctor ever (other than one specialist at Beth Israel) to treat me as a complete person: Mind, spirit, emotions and body. I began having fewer pancreatitis flare-ups and my overall health improved. At the end of June 2012 Dr. Shackelford left his practice. I believe he accepted an administrative position at a clinic. I wept when I received the letter announcing that he would no longer be seeing patients. I cannot recommend him highly enough; he is a kind and competent doctor. He is the only doctor who ever actually said to me, "There just HAS to be something we're all missing that could fix this."

Overall, the experience has been good. I think she’s a fine doctor. I’ve received good service from her. She’s generous with her time, a very good listener, and follows up as well. I’ve been a patient of hers for about 2 years.

Very relaxed and less formal than most Docs yet very insightful. He also looked at me as a whole person, not a pile of symptons. All in all, good medicine and refreshing.

Began with overall review of bloodwork. He was very informative. As the physical progressed, he asked had I voted yet. I said no. He asked who will I be voting for. I told him...which then began his lecture on politics..and it didn't stop. I eventually said we should get back to the physical, in which he said he would, but not before he said a couple more things.....which he did, looking right at me, arms folded across his chest. He finally stopped. I then said that I woul like to lose about 20lbs. His reply? "Right, and I'd like to be 6' tall". He then commented very negatively about health care in a country that we will be moving to soon. This is a place where we have worked very hard to eventually get to for retirement...where our dreams have been. After his negative "well, good luck to that" type of comments, I finally told him that this exam was over and to just please leave. I will be following up with a complaint to the Massachusetts Medical Board, also.
