4 ladies (including Ellen Ellis) turned up about 10 minutes late. Had specifically requested that floors would be washed, baseboards and ceilings dusted, and bathrooms and showers cleaned. When I returned a little more than an hour later, they were packing up - without the floors washed. Ellen said they had to leaved immediately for the next job before the girls had to go to school in the afternoon. After I insisted that the floors be washed, she grudgingly agreed to Swiffer wash and charged me for an extra 2 hours!
After they had left and further inspection found that the basins were only wiped and the kitchen sink had not been scrubbed. They had not dusted ceiling fans or wiped windows from dog and cat smudges.
Very, very disappointing service.
