Charlie Banks had good ideas for the plans and was open to changes that enhanced the beauty of the room. However, the room took longer than promised and we could never count on his crew. He would promise to be there but then didn't show, didn't call, and would never answer messages. We made the mistake of trusting him and made the final payment before all details were done. Nearly a year later there were still a few things undone and we just told him to forget it. In spite of the problems, however, the quality of the work that was done was very good.
