The company has a reasonable rate until you find out that if the lid of your trash can is not completely closed due to the amount of trash in it they will charge you a double rate which makes no sense since it is not anywhere near double the trash. Guess what? If it is only half full you do not get a credit for half the trash. Safe the hassle and use Brothers disposal. A much better run company. This company is a joke.

Coffin performs their job at the base level. You pay a premium ($15/week) but if you forget to bring your trash down the drive, they'll NEVER do you a solid and grab it. They make you pay multiple MONTHS in advance, so you're not really paying $60/month - you're paying $180-195 every 3 months. I don't know about you, but #1 - a bill that I only pay every 3 months is GOING to be forgotten 9 times out of 10 (and it has been) and #2 - the "feel" of paying $60 monthly vs having to pay $200-ish every 3 months makes a relatively "cheap" luxury feel even MORE expensive and like you're just being lazy. Additionally, communication with these people is like speaking to sullen 14 year olds: nothing but monosyllabic responses; barely even full sentences. I feel like I'm trying to speak to my high schooler, not grown, professional adults. I have now found a new service that bills monthly and only costs $11/week and who has ACTUAL ADULT CONVERSATIONS with me when I reach out. I am MUCH happier now.

This is a follow up post to one I made years ago. This company is A+ in service, communication and professionalism. And their prices, although they’ve risen almost each year, are reasonable and lower than the competition. I continue to happily use them and highly recommend.

I've been using Coffin & Sons for over 10 years.  They are reasonably priced,
and very easy to work with. No contracts needed and very flexible. I
email them with a change request and they respond within 24 hours with
confirmation of receipt. I highly recommend them.

I've been using him since 2006. It was fine and they're very reliable. They're invisible, they picked up the garbage and it's gone. They have the same price like everybody else and I was just satisfied with them.
