Our team completed a beautiful renovation of your mother's condo, and we were in the process of obtaining final inspections when, unfortunately, you chose to terminate our services right as the final payment was due. To protect our rights, we pursued this matter through the Trial Court of Massachusetts. On May 30, 2024, the court entered a judgment in our favor, ordering you to pay damages, prejudgment interest, and court costs for the unpaid balance.
