Grant was very responsive to my initial email/text. He was busy with other work on the Cape after a tornado touched down. He was able to schedule me for about 7 days later when he returned back to Central Mass. He came out and quoted the job and scheduled it within 7 days. Mature trees were trimmed and a couple of dead or dying trees were removed. He worked around my schedule and our dogs ability to use the backyard. He brought the correct amount of crew and cleaned up after they were done. As for the gutters, they inspected them all and cleaned what needed to be cleaned.
