"I am sorry that [Member Name] is upset the way her floors turned out. We worked on her floors in November 2013. During our initial consultation [Member Name] was educated on our process which is non sanding. This results in a no dust, no mess service but does have limitations in terms of how much pre existing damage can be rectified. It was explained to her (as we do with every customer) that existing floor issues such as water damage or gouges will still be present after our service. About half way through our process [Member Name] was not satisfied and insisted we deviate from our process and sand her floors. We complied with her demands and completed our work. We were unaware that [Member Name] remained unsatisfied and we would have welcomed the opportunity to rectify the situation at the time. We have performed many floor jobs with [Member Name] being our first complaint. We follow the same consultation process with all our customers and make sure they understand that without sanding, the deep damage will still be there. Our customers choose our methods over traditional sanding for the convenience and the beautiful results we achieve. We supply all our potential customers with a long customer list that they are welcome to call and perform due diligence on our services."
Cabinets and vanities look brand new. When workers left they informed me that someone would be by to drop off a touch up kit. Received a call today asking if I was satisfied with the work and someone would drop off a touch up kit tomorrow
