Hanson Fuel

Went great until a worker Broke the seal to the Brand new fireplace and then blamed the installer. Our Fire place will not light up because of this. The installer is well aware that the Plumber had broken the seal. I contacted the office for Hanson Fuel and only got extreme Aggressive phone manners. They Refuse to pay what it will cost to fix my unit.

Excellent. The whole team from the office personnel to the gas fitter were truly professional and it showed when the fireplace insert was installed. It fit perfectly.

No problems, they installed the new propane tank very quickly. The only issue was that they didn't schedule the tank to be filled immediately (I had to call a week later). Overall no issues and they've been really responsive.

Billing was being upgraded as alignment between electrican and propane tank delivery and the the finall covering of the electrical work should have been completed earlier, Work was well done and are satisfied now that the process is completed.

Hanson Fuel coordinated with New England Generator so that the whole install was seamless. There was a mix up and they only brought one tank. The installer apologized and was back the next day with the second tank. It was installed before I knew they were there. They even repaired a drain pipe that caused a sink hole. The underground gas line was filled in and graded smooth. We were pleased with the prompt, careful work
