I picked quality items which increased the cost but their work was excellent. Since my house was built in the 1920, we found things we didn't know once we pulled the walls out. So they were very good in keeping us informed, showing us and explaining what was happened and everything. It was a collaborative effort as we were always kept informed. They were very professional and that is why I called them back and asked them to do a mud room. I like them very much.

Debbie and Joe were easy to work with and were on top of our job. We were very happy working with them and love our new countertops.

From the beginning, Joe Duncan was professional and precise in assessing our remodeling project. Visiting the showroom was a very pleasant experience, and we were provided with a very detailed, realistic estimate, answering all of our concerns. Their design advice was very helpful, although we were always encouraged to make our own decisions in color and style. We felt very confidant and reassured in their ability to do the work they promised. This was one of the most pleasant remodeling experiences I have ever had, and was so much easier than I expected. The crew and subcontractors were on time, efficient, and truly cared about the quality of their work. Even at the end of the day, they were meticulous in cleaning up the area, taking care to make sure not even one nail was left behind. Despite a couple of snowstorms, a VERY icy driveway, and consequent delays in delivery of appliances and lighting, Joe and his crew were persistent in getting the work done in a timely fashion. Their hard work, good-natured attitude, and kindness were greatly appreciated. I would definitely use them for future projects.

I worked with Chris to design my new kitchen with her computer design programs. She was very patient with me as we changed the design a number of times over about a month. At this point I had computer generated pictures of what my kitchen would look like when finished. When the Kitchen was completed it was spot on to these virtual pictures. She also worked with me to pick the cabinets styles and color, cabinet hardware and granite top color. The actual work took 5 weeks, the old kitchen was demolished in only two days. Most of the work was done in the next three weeks. The only work I had to do was paint the walls and ceilings, which was quite easy since there was no ceramic tiles on the floor or cabinets on the walls when I did the painting. They had given me a heads up that I would have two days to do the work. When the job was complete Joe and his crew cleaned up the kitchen and any other mess they had created. I plan on using Duncan Kitchen and Bath to remodel my down stairs dining room and upstairs bath in the next year.

This company was great. They did a variety of work from redoing my cabinets to installing new counter tops. The work took about 2 weeks to do everything. The experience was very good because they were always on time. They never pressured me about decisions and everyone was very professional. Their service wasgreat and I was very pleased with the results I got.
