Description of Work: Bob Barnett contracted to replace 5 windows and received a $2000 deposit. He did not replace the windows and he did not return the deposit. He does not return phone calls or texts. He also installed a deck last summer. The boards are coming up and he has yet to fix them. he also installed a garage door opener; it does not work and he has yet to fix it.
