They are excellent. I would absolutely use them again. They are extremely nice to work with. Very good service people.
Response from PLANET SUBARU
"Thanks...the quality is so good on modern Subarus that it seems like most of what we do now is routine maintenance...so we get lots of practice! Best, Dale Lathrop, General Manager"

Bought a used Forester - had some initial concerns about potential leak from the moonroof prior to purchasing, they went above and beyond to verify no previously reported issues, no sign of issues that might have gone undetected, and specifically dried it out for several hours to make sure it was dry. This is my first experience with Planet Subaru, but very impressed so far.

They are attentive and it's easy to get an appointment. They do the work in the time-frame they say they will. However, there are a little expensive.

We had a very good experience in purchasing our new car from Deb Brewster at Planet Subaru. We communicated first by email and she provided specific detailed information on available cars of the type I inquired about. Her style was warm and easy-going both via email and when we met her in person. She listened to what we were looking for and was up front about their costs. We thought the pricing was fair. We had a list of cars we had planned to see and dealers we planned to visit but after test driving the Subaru and working with Deb we made the decision to move forward with the purchase that day. We have honestly never decided that fast on a car and we credit Deb with making everything pleasant and easy.

I bought a 2010 Subaru Forrester here in the Spring of 2009.
In picking out the interior, I was reluctant not to get leather since I have a dog, but the salesman told me I could spend $400 more to 'Simoniz' the upholstery, and if there was ever a stain I couldn't get out, they'd clean it or replace it for free.
2010: I had them detail the car and I noticed afterward that the upholstery in the way back was still discolored. I asked them to fix it, but they said that the Simoniz agreement doesn't cover the fabric in the back. I wasn't happy, but said fine, I should put in a cover anyway.
2013: I have always used a hammock-like covering for the back seats to protect them from the dog, but the rear seat on the driver's side is now discolored from dirt even after a good interior detailing. I asked about the Simoniz agreement again, and this time they gave me an 800 number. Simoniz told me that they won't cover it, because it's dirt, not a 'spill' like coffee or soda.
I trusted the salesman's word when I decided not to get leather interior but pay the extra $400 to get the Simoniz 'treatment'. I thought it would actually do something to protect the upholstery, and that the agreement was actually worth something. I now regard Plant Subaru's selling of the Simoniz treatment as little more than outright theft.

They said they could not hear the sound, although I heard it when I was pulling away from their parking lot onto the road.
My husband seems to think it is the sound of the clutch slipping. Not only that, but when I got home we found one of the front
tires was only at 10 psi. Guess they didn't notice this in their inspection. I bought this car at this dealership. Found the sales staff to be a pleasure. I won't be bringing it back for service again.

I ended up at Planet Subaru, after seeing and driving the Forester at a different dealership that did not make a great first impression. I went in to Planet Subaru on a Sunday and took a test drive. The dealership was clean, the staff was personable and Nate, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and low-key. No pressure, no hassle. I told him that I was interested in a particular model and color that Planet Subaru did not have on-site and was told that they could get one for me. I was given a price and responded that I wanted to think about the deal overnight. I was told that I could call with a deposit, if I decided to purchase the vehicle, and they would find the car for me. I called the next afternoon (Monday) and, after a few phone calls and a minimum of pre-closing paperwork; I closed, traded in my old car and drove off the lot with my Forester on Thursday evening. Overall, it was a great experience and I am loving my car. (The only reason I gave a "B" for the price is because I could have bought it from the first dealership I visited for less, but felt that the extra money was worth not having to go back to a dealership I didn't feel comfortable with.) Of all of the various dealerships I visited in my car search (and there were many), I have to say that I liked Planet Subaru the best. I am looking forward to seeing how Planet's Service Department compares when I need them in the future.

No pressure, just professionalism. They know they're selling a good product so don't need to sell to hard, but they're also very friendly and informative.

The waiting room is very nice and the coffee is good. The worked performed there is top-notched. I will continue to use Planet Subaru until my warranty has ran out.

They seemed to be a very good dealer and not just the typical car sales, but much more polite and professional than many others. All of the work they did was warranty work so we didn't have to pay anything for it.
