Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
THE BUTCHER OF WATCHES!!!
He does not deserve any stars at all but minimum is 1 star so i'll give it just to write the review. My wife took my Bulova watch for a battery swap. I bought the watch in spring/summer 2012. In the process of changing the battery they scratched the h*** out of my watch. While my wife argued with them, they said that they didn't had any way of opening it and that if i buff it the scratches will go away. He tried to buff the watch, but it still looks awful!
They are scratches made with a sharp object, which don't go away with a simple buffing.
I got home, my wife showed me the surprise and I went to the shop. They had two stories:
1. they pointed out that they couldn't have done those heavy scratches on my watch as they were already there when i took the watch in
2. he admitted that "there is no other way of opening the watch" ... i just lost all respect for this Jewelry specialist!
Now, he tried to argue that the watch is old and asked me when i bought it. When i told him 1-1/2 years ago, he said how come the battery was dead in the watch. I don't know when it came from the production line, so that does not serve as an argument.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! THESE GUYS ARE BUTCHERS!
