IT TOOK 2 VISITS TO GET THE 1ST CLEANING DONE SATISFACTORILY - THEY GIVE A 24 HOUR GURANTEE & THEY CAME BACK & RECLEANED PROPERLY. AFTER THAT THEY USED ''ELBOW GREASE'' EVERY TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY & WELL. THEY USUALLY FORGOT AT LEAST ONE THING: IE: TO CLEAN A MIRROR, A TOILET- THEY DIDN'T DUST IN CORNERS. SOME OF THE YOUNGER GIRLS WEREN'T VERY ''INTO'' CLEANING - ONE ACTUALLY SPENT A CHUNK OF TIME CHATTING ON HER CELL PHONE WHILE HALF HEARTEDLY SWIPING AT THE COUNTERTOP. LUANNE WAS THE LEAD ON REQUESTED FOR ALL MY VISITS SINCE SHE WORKED HARD, QUICKLY & WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT. OVERALL THEY HAVE BEEN MY MOST SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE WITH HOMECLEANERS.
