I met with John to review the design of a new addition to my home. He promptly met me on a Saturday morning to discuss the project. As it was left, he was to submit an estimate for my consideration. After many calls and emails, none of which were returned, I was forced to continue on with the solicitation of other contractors. I lost about 3 weeks in my schedule waiting to hear from him.
