They took care of a carpenter ant problem and mouse problem. I signed up for the yearly plan and it was worth the money. They come out every 3 months to retreat and my plan covers other issues when needed.

I came home one day to find a notice that Eco-systems had been by for a treatment. I had mixed up the date scheduled. They went ahead and did the exterior treatment and I called to schedule a new time for the interior. They were very courteous and understanding and didn't cop an attitude or express frustration that someone wasn't home when they arrived.

I've been using them for years. When I moved into this house, I had field mice and ants and now I don't. This was 12 years ago. They come quarterly and they are cognizant about my pets. They let me know when they're coming. If I see an ant in the house in between quarterly treatments, they come out for free. They just come and they are wonderful. Their answering people are fabulous. I haven't price checked with anyone else because I've had such good service from them. I have no ants and no mice now. They are very responsive; I've had them out the same day. I have no complaints about them. I will continue to use them in the future.

I spent about $3,600 on the job. A friend of mine had recommended them to me. They told me that their success rate is almost 100%. However, my experience with them was not great. They did treatment for three units and two of the units still have bedbug problems. I called them back and told them that my tenants continued to have bedbug problems. They had guaranteed their work for a month. They told me that it could not be the bedbug problem; it could be something else. They did not come out to check it. I thought they were overpriced as well. I will not use this company again in the future.

They are very green-oriented and stuff like that. The price was a little high. Other than the price, the experience was excellent.

They are very professional and non-intrusive. They explain everything that they are doing. We have a little dog that they take into consideration all the time. They will come out in between their scheduled time for no charge if we have any other problems or issues. They are very easy to work with.

Eco Systems Pest Control is right on the mark with their prices. If they come and you see a bug inside the building, they will come back that night and spray it again. They saved me money by waiting until all the snow was melted to spray the outside of the house. I've called them for odd-jobs as well. They came out to remove a bee hive within 2 hours of my call and my granddaughters and I were able to go swimming without worrying about the bees.

I have used Eco Pest Control's services in my home for 5 years. Before they treated my home, it was overrun with spiders. Eco comes once each quarter to spray and each application costs $95. Michael is the technition that services our area. He is professional, asks if there have been any problems and explains the service. We have also had them spray outside a couple of times each summer to keep the mosquitos at bay. That works very well too - my house borders forest and wetlands, and with the mosquito spraying, we were able to enjoy our yard all summer with minimal mosquito repellant usage.
