Dealt with the owner, Paige, who, after helping select the rug, had her crew drop it off to the house to view over the course of several days in all lighting scenarios. We encountered a price discrepancy but she was a stand-up business owner and honored the lower price for us. We love the rug and would definitely highly recommend Colony Rug for great quality, customer service and professionalism.
