Chris Glynn began his career in 1972 working for local tree service firms. Gaining valuable experience over the next thirteen years, in the fall of 1985 Chris Glynn's Tree Experts was born. Applying professional business practices and providing customers with outstanding service quickly established the new company as the one to call to get things done right, on time and at the quoted price. The new business flourished and Chris' reputation as the "go to" guy for tree services solidified. As the business evolved, additional personnel were hired and groomed to apply the business practices that set the company apart from the competition. On average, each crew leader has over eighteen years of experience in tree work. This is evident when you see the professionalism of the crews when they tackle a difficult project. In August 1997, we completed construction of our new facility on Industrial Way. This included a brand new 3600 sq ft building, complete with a fully-tooled shop, employee locker room with showers, equipment service bays and an administration office. Recently, our entire lot was paved to keep our firewood processing, timber storage and parking areas free of dirt and our equipment clean. Equipment Fleet Our equipment fleet is continually upgraded to provide the specialized tools and automation necessary to efficiently perform our services. This is an important consideration when searching for firms that offer tree services. Without the right equipment, work can take longer and cost more. The old adage "a workmen is only as good as his tools" is a rule that we live by at Glynn Tree Experts. All of our firewood is processed using a special wood-processing machine to insure high quality. Our inventory of firewood is huge with over 500 cords of seasoned, hardwood in stock. We promise prompt delivery to your home or if you desire, you can pick up a small quantity at our facility on Saturday mornings. Having provided our services to over 12,000 customers over the last twenty three years has proven our reliability and professionalism and established our firm as the number one tree service firm on the South Shore. Note I took three estimates and these guys actually came in within $50 of their competitors....cost neutral, but impossible to put a price on quality/peace of mind.....go with them and be glad you did!
They showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to start. As soon as the clock hit 7am, they went to work.
One complaint I have about most home service providers is always feeling nickel-and-dimed. With CGTE, I never felt that way. I even asked them to remove a smaller dying tree at the last minute and they said no problem and no charge.
They cleaned up everything to the point where you'd be hard-pressed to tell they were ever here.
The guys working were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.
On the whole, it was one of the best home service provider experiences I've ever had. Well worth the money and we are very happy with the results.
