Beware of this BUILDER untrustworthy.  They go by several names MFE Properties LLC, Site Management Group, Pillar Contraction, and Chilton Development. We first met with Randy Bern the owner of these companies to pick out a home from his portfolio of customs homes.  From the get go things went bad with communication, professionalism and a lien put on the property by one of the venders for nonpayment this was before the siding was up.  The builder built the home incorrectly he purposely left out many architectural and aesthetic features which were designs shown in his pictures per the architectural rendering we were shown when we bought the house.  During the process I informed the builder several times of water in the basement which he shrugged off by using large fans to fix things, this led to mold developing in the basement which needed to be removed.  Upon completion the builder put a lien on the property because he wanted me to pay for the mold removal which was a result of his negligence in building the house.  We had and still have pooling in the back yard which he refused to fix.  Months after the completion we found large pieces of trees, extremely large rocks, septic pipes and trash buried 15+ feet in the ground in the backyard.  We later found out it was his dumping ground.
He never fixed it and claimed it wasn?t his fault.
