"While we do everything we can to service our customers in the most professional manner this shipment doubled in size and weight which caused the delay in the shipment. Even though we had to split the shipment on two separate vehicles to get the shipment to Texas, we did it at no additional cost to the customer. We explained the process to the customer, and that the shipment went overweight. We explained that driver that was originally loading the shipment ran out of space. We went to her home at our expense to pick up the shipment and bring it back to the warehouse for the next available truck to Texas. We kept the customer updated during the process and alerted her to the situation. We were able to get the original weight and more on the first truck and delivered it to Texas, and then had the rest of the shipment that was not part of the original weight was put onto our truck at our expense and delivered to Texas. Were sorry that the shipment did not go as planned, but we did absorb the cost of getting the rest of the shipment to (Members Name) as fast as we could."
