The people are really nice there and we have had a great experience. They have good prices and the staff was all professional and hard working. They are really good and I would recommend them other people.

I would rate the overall experience as good. I visited the store in Natick and wasn't offered assistance by any sales person, which didn't bother me that much because I knew exactly what I was looking for, but a friendly hello would have been nice. When I decided on what I wanted I had to seek out someone to help me she then realized no one had helped me and apologized. The delivery was great. I bought the items on a Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday. They gave me a four hour window and then gave me a call an hour before their arrival. My items were just as I had hoped, no damage or issues, and the delivery cost was only $25 dollars;not bad considering I could have picked up the furniture, but it wasn't worth my time or gas.

I was extremely happy with the whole process. The sofa arrived earlier than predicted. The company responded quickly to all my questions. The delivery people did a fantastic job getting the sofa up an extremely difficult staircase.
