Slow-slow-slow: so slow, we had to cancel the project and sell the property "as is". Granted, there was a death in the firm, and we had some of our own internal issues and crossed signals. What we could have used from them was some leadership in terms of budget and time lines. We feel as though they took advantage of our lack of organization and weren't sympathetic to our urgency. The final plans didn't seem detailed enough and we were told things like, "take the plans to the lumberyard and they'll spec it out for free". Steve never returned my last phone call to him in which, again, there was a sense of urgency for an answer. He comes across as personable and reasonable when you get through to him, but it's a lot of voice mail tag.
