It went great, all clear and on time.

They said they'd provide a free visit to assess the tree and make a recommendation on next steps. Daryl then came and said that the tree had some issues, but there was nothing they could do. The tree may be ok in the long run, or it may not. He recommended not to do anything. He then went on his way and I paid him nothing. I was sooooo impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and integrity. He easily could have told me we needed to do something expensive (something unnecessary) and I may have done it. It is rare these days to find professionals with such honesty. They have a customer for life.

It has been wonderful and they are great at what they do. You always get what you pay for with them. We have been using them for about 6 years now. I am satisfied with the work they do for us. They are always courteous and polite as well as crew they send out.

If we have any questions about their work they come right out to take care of the issues. They are good people to work with.

I have had Bartlett do my pruning and fertilization for years. They are very pleasant to work with and do an excellent job. If I have any questions they are more than happy to answer them. This type of work is expensive but I find their prices to be in the ballpark. You get what you pay for. I would, and have, highly recommended them.

Only real issue was the wait. Because of the blizzard and a few other storms, we did not have work done until May but it was worth the wait. Crew was professional and the way in which they were equipped showed that safety is a concern with this company.



Due to the location of the large trees that fell during the blizzard, company could not get equipment close enough to remove the large pieces of trunk so they were cut up and left at rear of property. Medium size to small brush...a very large amount...was dragged up a sloped yard to chipper. If you saw the amount of brush that was dragged across our yard and then I showed you the2 little "scrapes" in the dirt caused by the work (I was expecting wholesale damage and repair to yard) you would not believe how little a sign of the scope of work there was as far as any marks on the lawn. Hardwood left for me stacked neatly.



During initial estimate we got an email with a photo of Abraham. He also told me that some trees I wanted removed posed no threat but I had them taken down anyway. Extremely happy with Bartlett.

They were fairly priced for what they did for us.  They were very knowledgeable.  They cleaned up after their work.  They came when they said they would come.  We were able to communicate by email.

They sprayed in rain just before a torrential downpour at the end of caterpillar season so I can't help feeling the better advice they hould have given us would have been to leave it till next year. I had expected them to use a bucket truck to spray the large oak but they did not. That said the job was done quickly and professionally. I will probably use them again.

We deal with the same person every time. There's a representative for a specific geography. They will be coming out to do a bunch of work that we booked at the end of last year. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

The guy I dealt with looked at some other trees too.  We have a tree that is hollowed out because of the woodpeckers and he said he definitely would not chop it down since it serves a purpose in the landscape.  We have another tree that we are going to have him come down to look at as well.  They are a really good outfit.

After a particularly bad snow/ice storm, some limbs broke off two trees in our front yard.  Bartlett's came out within two days and trimmed broken branches and reshaped the trees so they looked like new.

I've had experience with them in the past in previous homes and I've already used them once with this home.  I always have a good experience with them.  They have different offices.  I have a contract with them and I don't know how much I've paid them so far.  They are a very professional company.  They know what they are doing.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

They are a bit bare but I expected that and are now manageable for me to prune in future.

Sorry don't have time

They happened to be doing work in my town and were able to have a crew over later in the day. They did an exceptional job on the trees, and then ground up the branches and even swept up the street. We still had about 2 feet of snow on the ground, and even then they were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this firm!

They are very good. They come when they say they are going to come. They do a thorough job. They get done what we asked them to do.
