The end result is gorgeous. Their craftsmanship with the small repairs and edge work that was required as a part of the job was done super professionally. There was some pain during the process - it was way dustier than I ever imagined it would be, so living through it and cleaning up after is was horrible. But again, it came out so well, that it was worth it. and it perfectly matches the adjoining room - no room divider between them.

Dave sanded and refinished our wood floors while we were away.  We have lived here for 31 years.  The floors have never looked as good.  There were gouges in a bedroom floor when we moved in.  We had the floors sanded then and they could not get them out.  Dave said he considered it a challenge.  When he was done, the gouges were no longer there.  Should i need floor sanding again, he is the only one i will call.

They did and do a fantastic job. We have been using them for years. They are very clean and timely. Floors always come out looking great.

Very easy to communicate with, offered us options and explained the process. I see a couple spots where it isn't completely smoothe ( I am OCD), but the floors look fantastic and we are happy with them. 3 days, the flors were dry when we moved in as requested.

Dave responded to my call within 24 hours. Upon hearing my problem, he agreed to stop by to look at the damage that very day. He talked me out of a more costly repair suggested by another contractor. His solution was aesthetically far better than the other contractor's proposed solution would have been and far less expensive. Dave began the repair that day and followed up the next day, as scheduled, to complete it. I had to convince him to accept payment for the fix! Dave was very positive, knowledgeable and professional throughout. If I ever have floor work needed again, I would contact J.J. Gleason in a heartbeat.

The whole job went well as planned except for being one day late starting. The two man crew was on time each of the three days finishing around 10 a.m. on the last day. We could start moving in the following day but no carpets during the first two weeks.

Response to phone inquiry was very prompt and was followed by a timely estimate based on inspection of the premises. A realistic description of the results to be expected was provided (some of the floors were heavily stained and it was explained that some of those stains could not be removed). The work was completed in a prompt time frame as promised in a respectful and courteous manner.

From start to finish everything was great! They were very good about returning phone calls and starting the job done in a timely manner. It was the best price we were quoted and they did a great job. They did not leave a mess after they were done. Only took 3 days for the whole house to get done. The floors look awesome.

It was great! I used this company on the referral of a friend. All of my contacts were with the owner, and he very easy to get a hold of. I planned to stay out of the home since I was having most of my floors redone. The process took 4 days and Donald called me each day to keep me informed of the progress. He made suggestions about the finish and the floors look AWESOME.
