Don was very good in pointing out ways I could save money, BUT he was not good on follow through. He installed a bathroom sink by mounting it to the drywall with toggle bolts - it was not secured to any solid studs or cripples. When I called him back on this, I had to work with him to ensure the job was done properly. He said he's bring a 2 x 4 to mount the base of the sink to, but he did not - I had to supply this. He said to call him in a couple of weeks and he's bring a piece of sheetrock to repair the hole under the sink. I have left him repeated messages, but he has not returned any of my calls, and it has been over 3 weeks now. He did do a good job in replacing a garbage disposal and a drain pipe on another sink.

Don is a great down to earth plumber who makes himself available as soon as he is needed. He takes his work serious and I can tell he is happy only if we look pleased. Showed up on time to replace a very old cast iron soil pipe. With difficulties due to the small space available, they managed to remove the old pipe with a minimum of planned damage to walls and finished slightly early from the quoted time needed for this job. Clean-up was done to our satisfaction. Don is an experienced plumber who makes sure that the work is done correctly and we would definitely hire him again.
