Carpe Diem Contracting L.L.C. is a family owned and, licensed contracting company based in Halifax ma, we are both CSL and, HIC licensed with the state of Massachusetts, carrying both liability, and workman's compensation insurance for your protection. I had a leak in my roof. I chose to email Mike from Carpe Diem. He responded with a phone call within hours. He came out to evaluate the leak. He found the problem and also noticed one of my gutters had come loose from the facia board. He explained to me what he found and what would go into fixing it in detail. With a pending week of downpours in the forecast Mike came out immediately and fixed the hole in the roof and reattached the loose gutter and gave an extremely reasonable and detailed estimate on roof work that will need to be done in the future. I highly recommend Mike at Carpe Diem and will absolutely use him again.

Mike is the owner, he's awesome! He was very personable and his workers, respectful of property and prompt. They were able to finish the job in one day and the clean up was immaculate! We are very pleased with the new roof and would highly recommend CarpeDiem Roofing!

Mike was excellent. He was very responsive and provided me a very reasonable estimate for my repairs. When the work was completed, the final bill was exactly what he estimated. No big surprises! Mike finished all his work in one day and left my property like he had never been there. But most importantly, is roof repairs fixed my problems! Not everybody knows rubber roofing, but Mike at Carpe Diem Contracting certainly does!

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof. They were ultra professional, and I had no worries about any of it. they cleaned the entire area afterwards and it was like no one was ever in the yard. Mike had made a promise and he kept it. I would definitely rehire again or suggest him to anybody.

New roof was scheduled and put on in one day. Job was completed as quoted to my satisfaction. I have recommended this contractor to my two children and both have had roofing work completed on their homes. We had a great experience with Cape Diem. Mike, the owner, did an amazing job from start to finish. He showed up for the quote when he said he was going to. He gave me a very fair price to remove the old roof, make necessary repairs and install a new one in just one day. I was impressed that his crew took so much care to protect the house and landscaping from debris. They cleaned up the yard as if they were never there. Mike has amazing attention to detail and I wouldn't use anyone else going forward.

Mike and his crew arrived at 7am promptly covering all my bushes and plants and my white railings on my two decks to protect them. Mike continued to supervise his crew All day as I watched. The crew finished the roof around 5pm and then the cleanup started around the pool the deck the shed the garage and then the house.Mike and his crew were not happy until everything was throughly cleaned to my amazement. About a week later I found a leak on my front gutter and called Mike Hannabury who came back to my house fixed the leak that had nothing to do with the roof and then he stated no charge and thank you for calling (Carpe Diem ) We are here to help.
