 + -1 moreWe thought we were buying local, home grown products from a reputable local nursery. We were never advised about their policy and their "tough luck" attitude about the whole thing was shockingly hard to believe.
Description of Work: Purchased trees from this company using a 20% discount from a local lawn care company that has done a considerable amount of business with these people. About a week after the trees were planted a professional arborist was at our property looking at some older mature trees. He admired the new trees then noticed a "scab" on one of them. The tree was damaged; severely infected and he said he had been that way for quite some time. Wanczyk said they were "wholesalers" and absolutely refused to do anything for us. So we spent $320 (after the 20% off), for this one particular tree,the delivery charge and the labor to plant the tree. Wanczyk said the lawn care company should stand behind the tree, but they have to date refused to replace the tree. Bad company; bad service and a VERY bad attitude when we went to speak with them.
