I was misled about the cost of the servicing. They quoted me one price over the phone and charged another when I actually went to pick the car up. The person had conveniently and quot;forgotand quot; to add up all the applicable charges.
Also, the servicing was done in a non-professional way. They replaced the cabin air filter, and when I turned on the heat, the warmed air coming out smelled strongly of burnt oil. Not sure what happened. I may have to take it back to have this taken care of.
The day after the servicing, a customer service agent called to see how satisfied I was with the servicing. I told her what happened. She told me a service manager would call me right back to address my concerns. I never heard back from them.
I won't be using Steve Lewis again.

I use STEVE LEWIS SUBARU INC all the time for my Volvo service. I like how they explain why such and such repair needs to be done. I think that they have fair pricing. And I really like that thye have complimentary pick up/drop off service, very convinient.

Technician was great but there is no longer anyone there to work on my Volvo. Price was high but work was performed to good standards.

It went fine. Serviced promptly.

Great responsiveness. A bit of a corporate feel, and I wish a real person would answer the phone, but no real complaints.

After we met with the salesman, we told him the price range we wanted to spend for a used car.  After we decided on a specific car, we  negotiated minor work  being done on it. We never felt pressured.

I was at shopping center near the Subaru/Volvo dealership when I applied brakes car would tremble. But it also did so while driving so I was worried I might not make it home. I went there and waited 4 hours just to have it looked over. Then a service rep. came and said it was the front brakes. I trusted them and said okay. Waited about another 1 and 1/2 hours and saw them test drive it.
Paid the bill and went out to start it. The car was far worse than before and my foot was NOT on brake. Got the service person to come out. He started it and said once I drive it it would be okay, I was NOT okay with that,but, I was praying I'd make it to Pioneer Volvo without breaking down. It was a pretty scary ride. They were close to closing for the day.
They got to start in on it next day. They found the ignition coils to be the cause.
So I landed up with brakes I did not need.The worst was that they allowed to to drive the car in that condition.
I was in disbelief!
I will let anyone interested in buying from them to be very wary.

Today, 11/30/13, I found out that a woman from the town's Senior Ctr. had gone to SS for an inspection sticker. Came out $300. poorer and with no antifreeze. Luckily she made it home okay and son refilled it.

This was my first service on my new Subaru. Everyone was very nice. The waiting area is very comfortable. I had great a response regarding something that needed to be done since delivery of the car when I initially purchased it. The only thing that was a slight issue is I happened to notice my car just sitting there in the parking lot with the service complete. I went to the counter and inquired and the response was and quot;oh yaand quot;. Not a big deal at all but if I hadnt been watching I could have been waiting longer than necessary. I will go back and would recommend to others too!

I went thru the Costco car buying program so price was prenegotiated. It was a pleasant experience. The salesman and manager were professional.

Staff was great and job was done in a timely manner. Steve Lewis, the owner, came around the waiting area and interacted with customers asking how we were and if we had any concerns. He is definately an owner who cares about customer satisfaction.

We traded in our 2006 Subaru Legacy. We dealt directly with Steve Lewis, who is the owner of the dealership. He was very down-to-earth and courtious and gave us a very fair deal on our trade-in and new vehicle. My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience at Steve Lewis Subaru.

Great service when my wife needed to replace her Suburu after an accident. Very helpful with financing.

Based on my experience I would recommend them to others.
