The first person that we went to was quite rude.  She did not listen to what I wanted to say and cut me off.  Then she tried to sign me up for the most expensive delivery when a different salesperson said it would be less.  Finally, another salesperson came to help and she was very nice, informative and professional.  I got the better delivery price and the grill was delivered right on time.
The first salesperson made the event pretty negative.

They did a great job. They were prompt and on time. They didn't leave a mess. The only negative was when they were installing the windows outside, they didn't insulate around the windows.

We have gone all electric - Ryubi Lawn Mower, Chain Saw, Hedge Trimmer and Weed Whacker. When one battery stopped working (even though it was showing that it was full) I made a trip to Home Depot. Without looking at a receipt they replaced the battery from another model which is ~$100 itself.
The people that work there are extremely nice and gave us their full knowledge on all the projects we wanted to work with. I love going there and learning.

I like the finished product, but we had a lot of problems getting to that point. The problems are that the salesperson that initially contacted us described the process in great detail and that is not the process that they used when they got here. For example, he said, "In no uncertain terms you would have our kitchen back every single day of the 5 days that it was suppose to take", and we did not have our kitchen back at all. It was too much stuff going on and it's too much equipment left behind each day that we would be able to even think about using the kitchen. It was a lot dustier of a process that the salesman described because they sanded all the flat surfaces. He had said they were going to affix very think MBFs to the flat surfaces and they didn't do that. They sanded it down instead and then did the laminating on top of that. They didn't show up the first day. I got a phonecall like probably an hour after they were suppose to have arrived telling me that the subcontractor's truck had broken down, and this was the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. He said that he wouldn't start the job the next day because he would only have one day and then it would be a long weekend, so they didn't start until the following Tuesday. The guy showed up at my house and I said, "Oh, I'm glad your truck is fixed" and he said, "Is that the line of ... they told you?, I just had a senior moment I forgot I had a job." It was a bizarre experience. I work at home, so I was here for every minute of it. The subcontractor was just a different kind of person that I would have in my house. He is way too talkative, but I think to the point where probably added a day to the process. He fires his apprentice portion for the last day, so he was by himself the last day and made an error and cut our dishwasher door while he was trying to cut the hole for the sink into the new counter, and he contract that to me like I didn't see him do it, but as soon as I came out of my office to check on thing he was like, "Oh, I got to tell you. I cut your door", so he ordered a new one immediately on his own.

It went really well. The price was hands-down, the best price. They pretty much did it in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. They guarantee their work. They checked up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. They stripped down the whole roof. Half was slate and half was asphalt. They even kept the slate so I could resell it later. They took the time to take the slate off properly, so it wouldn't break. They shingled the whole thing. They had to put plywood on one side.

Product quality is superb; contractor arrived on time, completed work within time scheduled; cleaned up completely, Installation included replacing greenboard, adding plywood behind areas that needed reinforcing, perfect caulking, re-installing any wood trim removed....can't say enough good things about the quality of the work!
