Rick & his crew did a great job on our historic 1700s built home's roof. The quality of the roofing & metal work is great & we were very happy with Rick's communication & responsiveness by phone & email throughout the job. They stayed on estimate, finished ahead of schedule & kept us informed at all points from original bid to completion. The job site was always kept neat & our lawn & plantings were protected. The crew was also good-spirited in their work & respectful to my family & property. We're very satisfied with the work, the people & the process and would use Baystate Exterior Restoration for future projects.

He came out and installed some windows for me. He's a great guy. I would highly recommend him. Very spontaneous. Very reliable. Very concerned with clean up.

The build went really well, the windows and siding are Harvey products and are high quality. Rick and employees (Chris and Mark)were very professional and polite. Rick made some suggestions along the way with changes to my plan, saving me money and ending in a more interesting look. The end result is beautiful, I am very pleased.

Rick and his crew (Mark and Chris) replaced 10 double hung windows in my house, a picture window, and added a sliding glass door in the basement. They did superior work. He deals strictly with Harvey windows which are made in New England and I have been extremely pleased with them this past year. This is a small, local business where you don't get the dog and pony show as I did from some of the bigger names. They were always professional and even let my cat of of the spare room before they left so "she wouldn't feel cramped up" as the note they left me said. How nice is that! I'll definitely be calling them when it's time to replace my roof. The only confusing thing is that in the phone book the company is called Baystate Exterior Restoration. I almost didn't find it on Angie's list because of that.
