The installation was fairly straight forward, but the system does not do what they promised, and Electrolux does not stand behind them or their work or the equipment. I've had them out multiple times, each time with a promise that their "adjustments" will fix the issue. I've talked with Elextrolux, who gave me suggestions - at odds with the sales guys - and that did not fix the issue either. So, either the equipment does not work, the sales guys don't know how to install it, or probably all of the above. I would stay as FAR away from them as is possible. Find a different vendor.
Description of Work: First things - not 100% sure this is the correct Aerus/Electrolux location, as there are quite a few, and it seems that the parent company is not truly behind any of them - at least that is my impression from discussions with Electrolux. Each one of these is an independent sales agent, with no specific ties back to Electrolux. They present themselves as experts in their field, and after their agent came out to analyze the need, the proposed a system to fix hardness, iron, and other metals in well water.
