I had seven wired smoke detectives installed. They were on time, professional, and very neat. Would definitely hire them again.

Terrible, terrible terrible terrible experience. They estimated our job at twelve k Wally said it would be fully covered by insurance. Our first supplemental invoice was eight k so total job was now twenty thousand instead of twelve. then comes the second supplemental invoice, which was fifteen thousand. So now the job is thirty five thousand instead of the twelve thousand estimate. this is two hundred percent, or twenty four thousand dollars more than we thought we would pay. Insurance blew a gasket when they saw how much this job cost and would only pay a reasonable cost. Even the insurance guys felt terrible for us because they knew we got such a raw deal. We were in a tough situation with a sale where this work needed to be completed and paid for before we could closed. It as like this was used as leverage against us. Now we are out of pocket ten thousand dollars after insurance pays a bit, and Wally is in a much better place financially - all at our expense. Do not trust this guy. He is a salesman. Don't believe him and don't trust him. And for all that is holy... Do not hire him. Ever.

Sorenson Electric was very prompt and very professional. They gave me good advice and really seemed to care about the quality of their work. I really thought that they did great work.
