Description of Work: I stopped by the store, borrowed a couple of sample books, picked out a rug and binding, placed the order, made an appointment to measure, and received a timely appointment to install. The installation of the stair runner took a morning. From start to finish, the transaction was one of ease. All of the staff, from sales to installation, were helpful and courteous. |I would highly recommend Elm Park Flooring.

 + -1 moreThe tile and grout selections were correct as ordered. Installation was beautiful. We wanted tile in the family room, but the subfloor that we had would not support that. Given a choice to replace the subfloor at additional cost or to switch to carpet, I switched. The company had carpet in stock which I selected and it was installed in an hour. The quoted price actually went down because of the switch.
Description of Work: Installed tile in the bathroom. Installed carpet in the family room.

Description of Work: Everything was done professionally in a timely way. The price was great--I cannot give a figure because it was included in the overall remodel price, but I know that I had a low budget and it was met with a good quality carpet.
