I use Verizon Fios for my internet, land line phone and cable service. I am currently using them. It's well over $200 a month. They could reduce their prices, they could stop with what ever buffering thing they are doing so that programs stop midway through, and they could improve their on demand. If my husband didn't watch football games I would definitely not be using a cable provider.

VERIZON FIOS - ONE OF THE MOST EXTREMELY DYSFUNCTIONAL "CUSTOMER SERVICE" DEPARTMENTS EVER!!. IN FACT - THE 'SERVICE IS ONLY FOR THEM. - NO HELP FOR ME!! AWFUL!!! (Note; Angie's list problem - system will NOT let me say this if for VERIZON FIOs - Period. - it LOCKS me into picking "A" location. - And even Google/Verizon will NOT give out the headquarters location for Verizon Fios) Also - This is about the Verizon Fios company itself - NOT just one location!! I've lost track of how many Years I have been a Verizon customer. - It could be 18 years - it's at Least 15!! And - for about 13 of those years - they bundled my Landline with my wireless (flip phone). (about $125 per month - Ooch!) In May 2014 - I went to a Verizon Wireless store - and 'Tried' a smartphone for (up to 2 weeks). I returned it 10 days later. - The manager was Very upset about losing a sale. - He gave me a Very hard time! I kept my landline - but got rid of ALL cell phone service. - But - next thing I knew - my bill started to climb!! I could NOT find ANYONE at Verizon Fios/billing who had both authority or a brain!!! (I needed Both). I was transferred - to voicemails, hung up on. - Told I had the wrong person. - Promised to call me back and they did NOT! Around and around in circles!! - I demanded to have a snail mail address - which I wrote to - and NO ONE contacted me! Then - with my July bill - they charged my bill - as if I still had the smart phone. - My bill kept climbing!! Then - the harassing calls started. Robo-calls - Verizon had it in it's head - that I just plain owed "X" amount of money - and it locked in on that. At times - I would accept and wait MINUTES with these calls for a person to talk to. - And again - they were ALL as dumb and useless as a box of rocks!! No one helped - and I told them - I would NOT make one more payment - until someone with a brain would help me! I Stopped paying!! Oct 2014 - After mailbox loads of bills - and Endless harassing calls to me. - They cut my service. NO PHONE at all!! I drove all the way to Littleton Mass - to the Fios store there. Tracy was Fantastic - and she Almost resolved their problems. - She got me a NEW account. Then she disappeared. Some mysterious leave of absence. She had found - that Verizon TOOK 3 of my payments - yet did NOT apply them to my acct. I went back - and asked for the store manager 'Mindy' - who is another moron!! Like most at Verizon - they Start with a conclusion - and Stay there!! Anyways - my billing pecked at $663 - and I have turned it over to the Massachusetts Atty General's Office. They and I - are running into the same Verizon dysfunctions. I'm going to look on-line - to see if there is a class-action lawsuit against Verizon. - There aught to be. They call at all hours - and have a collection agency robo-calling me. - One time - woke me up out of a sound sleep. - and running for the phone - I basically broke one of my toes - and had to go to a podiatrist. (it still hurts!) Nothing is resolved. - At this point - I say Verizon owes ME - for all the hassle and other than that Tracy lady - no one has listened to me. - And I'm sure - they're reflecting their poor accounting on MY credit report. They also claim that Verizon Fios - and Verison Wireless - have NO affiliation - and are NOT connected. I told one of them - 'Well - someone better sue someone - because one of you is Misusing the Verizon name'. As with everything I've said to them - it was like talking to the wind - and my point was lost on deaf ears.

Went well. Instructions for replacement and recycling of old battery were clear and concise.
Description of Work: Sent new battery for the Telephone/Internet/TV Fiber cabinet (Back-up Battery died.)
