They inspected the situation in the attic and figured out what the problem was. Gary did all the evaluation for us, and also corrected the venting on a bathroom exhaust fan.  He figured out that the soffit vents were blocked, having been painted closed.  They pulled all of the insulation out of the eaves and away from the soffit vents, so that the vents could work properly.  He itemized everything on his estimate, from product and labor, which made it really easy for us to decide what to do.   He was a pleasure to work with.
