Lacombe has always done great work. They actually asked to come in a day ahead of schedule, worked efficiently, cleaned up great. This is a very trustworthy organization.

They did an excellent job. There is really no question with this company. They come with the least amount of disruption. They were great. I would say they are one of the best for septic service.

I explained to Mr. Lacombe what the plumber who had worked on my clogged toilet had done to try to unplug it, but to no avail.  The plumber suggested it was the septic line that came out of the house, that was clogged.  Mr Lacombe was very knowledgeable about the kind of problem I might be having with my septic, and he was right.  He fixed the septic line in no time.  I asked him if it has to be pumped again (I had it done a year ago).  He said it was all set.  
I was so grateful to him for coming out on a holiday to help us out.  I would recommend his company to everyone.  I've use them many times and with the same result.  They are professional, reasonable, and an asset to the community.

Lacombe has long done our regular septic pumping, at two different houses, and they've always been prompt, reliable, professional and personable.
This is the first time I've ever had to call them for an emergency and Frank really came through for us!  We had a clog somewhere between the main drain where it leaves the house and the input to the septic tank, had sewage coming into the basement and were unable to use any drains.  I had no luck getting a plumber to come out quickly, and after attempting, unsuccessfully to find the clog through the cleanouts in the basement ourselves, decided to rule out septic issues, just in case.  Frank came promptly and is a great guy.   He said the tank itself looked fine, but had us back in busines quickly by digging up the input baffle and snaking out the input line, huge clog in there. 
Quick emergency serivce, reasonable price, professional and friendly technician.  Highly recommended.

i thought the pump out access was in my driveway, but it wasn't. they told me to go to the town hall and get the system map from the health department. that took me about 15 minutes, they came back 10 minutes after that, pumped it out and it was done. very quick, painless and professional. definitely recommend!
