I've had a great experience doing business with PC Myette, and they've helped us out when issues came up in the past. When we purchased our lawn tractor, it was delayed in arriving from the manufacturer for a couple weeks in the middle of the summer so PC Myette sent out a crew to mow our lawn for free in the meantime. They found an issue in our new snow blower during yearly maintenance and got all the repairs covered under warranty for us. The staff have been friendly and accommodating.

Had Myette pick up our snowblower beginning of November 2011. Took until January 21, 2012 to complete the repair, which to be fair, was complicated. Had to hound the guy to get any sort of response, it was promised 3 times, was finally done on the 4th try. Got it home, made sure it worked. Didn't have enough snow to use the snowblower until December 29th, 2012. Started it up, ran for 2 minutes, stopped working. Paid a lot of money.

They did a good job and they showed up when they said they would. I got all my questions answered, they were knowledgeable, and professional. They re-graded 600 square feet of lawn next to the house and there have been no extremely wet weather conditions to test the job.
