"We're sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our services. As you hinted at, our organizers are much more effective when clients participate in the organizing process. Client feedback is important because it allows us to better understand client needs and expectations and ensure that they are happy with the systems we put in place. Sometimes it takes several appointments to even begin the process of categorizing because we need to clear away the surface items. In this case, it was very clear that the first appointment would be focused on clearing items in the way to take the first steps in the organization process. It was agreed upon that one of our senior professional organizers would not be part of this first appointment because it was mostly physical removal of things that had to be done first. Given the time constraints in this particular situation and the singular, four-hour appointment that we conducted, we stand behind the work our staff accomplished."
