Real Estate Service
Fran Berman helped us determine what to do to prepare the house for sale and also sourced individuals to assist us in the preparations such as a landscaper, etc. In addition she made sure we were aware of all actions that would be required of us (disclosures, smoke detectors, Title V, etc.). She visited the home on several occasions prior to the listing to learn more about the property and also to take pictures for the ads. She followed up regularly with all those who viewed the house, refreshed the ads (on-line and with newspapers, flyers, etc.) as needed, holding open houses and assuring that all local realtors were aware of and familiar with the property. The sale of the house went smoothly and the closing was hosted at Fran Berman's office which was convenient for all.
